The Irish Squad competed over the weekend in the ESKA European Karate Championships 2008.  In what was a very exciting competition, the squad did very well, with some managing to make it into the higher rounds of the competition. The level at the competition was very high and unfortunately, None of the Irish Squad made it into the medal positions however, a lot of experience was gained and a lot of new ideas for next years competition.
