Sensei Bernard Gaffney (pictured on the left with course attendees) ran a very successful Timekeepers/Recorders Course in conjunction with the Referees and Judges Course on Saturday. The USKFI has been training Timekeepers/Recorders for three years but Sensei Gaffney has provided a structure and focus to the course since he took over responsibility for it.
