Seven USKFI seniors travelled to Liverpool at the weekend to train at the annual All-Grades Karate Course with Senseis Andy Sherry and Frank Brennan. The course, assisted by Sensei Jim Brennan 7^th Dan, was held over three hours and divided up into two separate sessions of 1 ½ hours each, concentrating on all three aspects of khion, kata and kumite.  All those who travelled over thoroughly enjoyed the course and look forward to Sensei Frank Brennan’s next visit to the USKFI in Dublin on September 19^th.
